Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of accidental double purchases of the exact same item and color by the same account.To request a refund, please send a notecard with your transaction number to poppy (propane.rage).
No other refund requests will be considered.
Redelivery
Redeliveries can be made:-
Through the redelivery terminal at our mainstore; or
-
Via your purchase history on the Second Life Marketplace.
Modifications
If the product is marked as modifiable, you're welcome to personalize it using Second Life's built-in building tools. However, we do not offer support for modified versions. If something breaks, simply grab a fresh copy and start over.Please note: this refers only to in-world editing. Extraction or modification of the files outside Second Life is strictly prohibited.
Usage Rights
Your purchase grants you the right to use the item within Second Life only.Any attempt to extract, copybot, or port MaMu content to other platforms will result in a permanent ban from our vendors and a report to Linden Lab. We take IP infringement seriously.
Support
For any support inquiries, please send a notecard to poppy (propane.rage) in-world.We only provide support to the account that made the original purchase. If a friend rezzed the item for you, they must be the one to contact us.
Updates
MaMu products may receive free updates over time. Updates apply only to the base products—exclusive colors or special editions are not included.
Gifting & Transfer
All MaMu items are no transfer.If you’d like to gift an item, please use the gift option available through our Marketplace listings or in-world vendors.
Pricing
Our prices reflect the time, research, and craftsmanship that go into each release.Prices are fixed. Full releases will not be part of weekend or deep-discount sales.
